Participation

For participation in the Program a scientific project should be in one of the following fields: IT, Energy, Biomedicine, Space and Civilian Nuclear science and technology. Please find details here.

A review committee, consisting of renowned Russian and international experts, select scientific projects for the Program. Each of the committee experts has knowledge of the corresponding project application area (mentioned above), as well as experience in technology transfer and commercialization. The selected projects are expected to have, at the time of their completion:

• Proof of concept related a specific market opportunity;
• Identification of the target market and a specific plan of commercialization;
• Patent(s), patent application(s), or a specific work plan for protection and commercialization of Intellectual Property (IP) developed in the project.
